The kitchen is lowered (ideal for people in wheelchairs, with also a raised area this is multi functional....
Because each bedroom has its own bathroom there is plenty of privacy, the master bedroom is very spacious annex bathroom and toilet this bedroom has a high / low bed and the bathroom is suitable for disabled and able-bodied guests.
The storage room has a washing machine and dryer, here you will also find the ironing board, drying rack, outdoor cushions and other help / utensils.
The Holterenk has a raised terrace around the entire villa so that you can enjoy the spacious forest garden (1600m2) almost all year round. Inside, the holiday villa is fully equipped with underfloor heating, and is barrier-free, homely and modernly furnished, with a lot of love and an eye for detail.
The beautiful city of Deventer with its historic buildings is only 25 km away. A visit to this city is definitely worth it. Deventer appeals to culture lovers because of the various nationally known cultural festivals, which attract more than 100,000 visitors, such as the Dickens Festival in December, the largest European book market in August and an international outdoor theater festival (Deventer on stilts) in July.
Because of its tranquility, Villa De Holterenk is very suitable for people with an able-bodied or disabled who want to relax without young children and pets.
Reservations of groups or groups consisting of only young people and any young children are not allowed, cheese fondue and/or gourmet and overnight stays with more than 4 people are not allowed. Pets are also not welcome.
Regular use of electricity is included. Costs of electricity for charging an electric car will be settled at the end of your stay.
All prices are based on the use of 1 bedroom/bathroom with 2 people. If you use the 2nd bedroom and/or bathroom, we ask 100 euros per stay on the total amount (for a midweek 50 euros)
We will also charge 9% VAT from 2025, this will be deducted from the deposit!! (This is NOT included in the sum)
