The Holterhuuske in Holten is located on the Borkeld. Near the cozy center with eateries and terraces. The cottage stands on a beautiful spacious fenced forest plot of no less than 1500m2. Access via a forest path , spacious driveway with two parking bays. There are many relaxing / sunny spots on the forest plot. Around the house are paved terraces with a lounge set, pot stove and outdoor dining table. In the forest a picnic table, large trampoline, swing and rings, next to it a shed for bicycles.
The kitchen is equipped with all necessities. In the living room you can enjoy the warmth of the wood pot stove on the sofa. The three bedrooms are equipped with a double bed, bunk bed and a pull-out bed. (for 2 persons) The entrance gives access to a separate toilet, shower area with a thermostatic tap and sink. Regular use of electricity is included. Costs of electricity for charging an electric car will be settled at the end of your stay.
