The Holterhuuske in Holten is located on the Borkeld. Near the pleasant center with eateries and terraces. The cottage is located on a beautiful, spacious, fenced forest plot of no less than 1500m2. Access via a forest path, spacious driveway with two parking bays. There are many relaxing / sunny spots on the forest plot. Around the house are paved terraces with a lounge set, stove and outdoor dining table. In the woods a picnic table, large trampoline, swing and rings, in addition a shed for bicycles.

The kitchen is equipped with all necessities. In the living room you can enjoy the warmth of the wood stove on the couch. The three bedrooms have a double bed, bunk bed and a pull-out bed. (for 2 persons) The entrance gives access to a separate toilet, shower area with a thermostatic tap and sink. Are you looking for peace and space! Then come and enjoy In Het Holterhuuske.
Regular use of electricity is included. Electricity costs for charging an electric car will be settled at the end of your stay.

We are also the happy owner of De Holteresch, the neighbors asked if we had an interest in their professional house after a thorough renovation, we realized Het Holterhuuske a very cool nature house again for peace and space, children are very welcome here trampoline and (ring) swing will remember them for a long time .. WELCOME !!!

Explanation of prices

The Holterhuuske is located in the middle of a woodland garden with lots of privacy ... a trampoline and swing (rings) is extra if children come with them.

Cheese fondue and / or gourmet and staying overnight with more than 6 people is not allowed. Small pets are welcome, this is in consultation!

Within 7 days after receiving our confirmation of your reservation request, you must pay 25% of the total rent. Your reservation will only be final after we have received your down payment.
The remainder, including deposit, is due no later than 30 days before arrival.

Cancellation fees
If canceled up to 30 days before arrival date, the cancellation fee is 75%.
If canceled up to 7 days before arrival date 90%.
Then 100%.
The deposit is € 300. This must be transferred to us together with the remainder 30 days before arrival, we will refund this amount in the week after departure.
