You must bring your own bed linen, the mattresses are provided with a flannel!

In the kitchen you can go to the storage room where there is a refrigerator, freezer, dryer and washing machine, we also have a microwave and an oven where you can bake your sandwiches. In the storage room you can go to a large bedroom with 2 single beds, the other door in the storage room is the back door ....

Boshuisje De Korhoender has a low and high seating area in the living room, there is good WIFI. Outside on the terrace you can enjoy freely and the beautiful rhododendrons ensure that you are sheltered .... with a glimpse here and there .... ... towards the forest garden .....

The village of Holten is 2.5 km away.
The environment is just as beautiful. If you walk out the door you are within five minutes in a walking area, the Beuseberg a varied terrain where forest and ankle landscape alternate. Holten is known for the Sallandse ridge (Holterberg). A beautiful forest and heath area where you can enjoy hiking, mountain biking or cycling. In Holten itself are some restaurants, several supermarkets and an outdoor swimming pool.

The beautiful city of Deventer with its historic buildings is only 25 kilometers away. A visit to this city is definitely worth it. Deventer appeals to culture lovers through the various nationally known cultural festivals, which attract more than 100,000 visitors, such as the Dickens Festival in December, the largest European book market in August and an international outdoor theater festival (Deventer on stilts) in July.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Boshuisje De Korhoender is enjoying peace and space. Reservations of large groups are not allowed, this also applies to
cheese fondue and/or gourmet and spend the night with more than 5 people. Small pets are welcome in consultation.

Within 7 days after receiving our confirmation on your reservation request, you must pay 25% of the total rent. Only after we have received your deposit, your reservation is final.
At least 30 days before arrival you owe the remainder, including deposit.

Cancellation fees
If cancelled up to 30 days before arrival date, the cancellation fee is 75%.
Cancellation up to 7 days before arrival date 90%.
Then 100%.
The deposit is € 300,-. You must transfer this to us together with the remainder 30 days before arrival, we will refund this amount in the week after departure.

Pets are allowed in consultation.
Smoking is not allowed in the house.
