In a beautiful wooded area at the "foot" of the Holterberg with a wide view over a distant valley lies this luxuriously furnished 4 person villa De Holteresch.

Because each bedroom has its own bathroom with toilet, there is plenty of privacy.

De Holteresch has a sheltered raised terrace around the entire villa with outdoor fireplace so that you can enjoy the spacious forest garden (1600m2) with forest pond almost all year round. Inside, the holiday villa is fully equipped with underfloor heating, homely and modern furnishings, with a lot of love and an eye for detail. The warm tones, the cozy fireplace where the stars watch you through the large skylight and the decoration enhance the holiday feeling.
The surroundings are equally beautiful. Holten is known for the Sallandse heuvelrug (Holterberg) A beautiful forest and heath area where you can enjoy walking, mountain biking or cycling. In Holten itself there are numerous restaurants, several supermarkets and an outdoor swimming pool.

The beautiful city of Deventer with its historic buildings is only 25 km away. A visit to this city is definitely worth it. Deventer appeals to culture lovers through its various nationally known cultural festivals, which attract more than 100,000 visitors, such as the Dickens Festival in December, the largest European book market in August and an international outdoor theatre festival (Deventer op stelten) in July.

Because of its tranquillity, Villa De Holteresch is very suitable for people who want to relax without children and pets.

Reservations of groups or groups consisting of only young people or young children are not allowed, Cheese fondue and/or gourmet and overnight stays with more than 4 people are not allowed. Pets are also not welcome.

Regular use of electricity is included. Costs of electricity for charging an electric car will be settled at the end of your stay.

All prices are based on the use of 1 bedroom/bathroom with 2pers. If you use the 2nd bedroom and/or bathroom, we ask 100 euros per stay on the total amount (for a midweek 50 euros)

We also charge 9% VAT from 2025, this will be deducted from the deposit!! (This is NOT included in the sum)

Welcome, holiday villa "De Holteresch" a luxury home that we have designed ourselves and have come up with this concept ourselves.... SPACE, TRANQUILITY and LUXURY...... were our starting points and we managed to achieve this.... Experience the unique location and the beautiful surroundings!!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Because of its tranquility, Villa De Holteresch is very suitable for people without young children and animals! Reservations of groups or groups consisting of only young people or parents with young children are not allowed, this also applies to
cheese fondue and/or gourmet and staying overnight with more than 4 people. Pets are also not welcome.

All prices are based on the use of 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom...when using a 2nd bedroom and/or bathroom we ask 100 euros more per stay on the total amount, for a midweek that is 50 euros.....this will be deducted from the deposit!!

Within 7 days after receipt of our confirmation on your reservation request, you must pay 25% of the total rent. Only after we have received your deposit, your reservation is final.
You owe the remainder, including deposit, no later than 30 days before arrival.

Cancellation fees
If canceled up to 30 days before arrival date, the cancellation fee is 75%.
If canceled up to 7 days before arrival date 90%.
Then 100%.
The deposit is € 300,-. You must transfer this amount to us 30 days before arrival, together with the remainder, we will refund this amount in the week after departure.
