The park is centrally located in a beautiful rural area and is a perfect base for beautiful walking and cycling trips.
For example, on the nearby Sallandse ridge you can make extensive walks through the forest and heather-rich area with the Holterberg as high and highest point with its beautiful panoramas.
On the other side of the park is the IJssel area with the old Hanseatic cities of Deventer within cycling distance and Zutphen and Zwolle within a short distance by car.

The House
The house is in a quiet spot in front of the park.
The garden is landscaped in English Landscape style and is spacious (approx. 620 m2), the terrace with patio furniture has an ideal sun position on the southwest.
There is a large private parking space in front of the house.

Ground floor
Entrance with spacious hall, from here you will find access to the kitchen and living room. Furthermore, from the hall there is access to the bathroom, access to the toilet and a wide staircase to the floor.

Two comfortable single Auping beds and mattresses, plenty of storage space behind the knee bulkheads.

Bedroom 2
A comfortable double Auping bed with Pullman mattresses and toppers, fitted wardrobes and storage space behind the knee bulkheads. The extra Velux skylight makes this a nice light room.
