Surrounded by nature
A beautiful cottage, located in the heart of nature in Holten. Your spot in the forest and nature reserve De Borkeld, near the Sallandse Heuvelrug National Park with the beautiful Holterberg. Pure enjoyment of the outdoors and nature. The Lark has it all.

Privacy and space
On our own plot of about 700 m² you can enjoy peace and privacy.

Equipped with every luxury
This perfectly equipped holiday home has 3 comfortable bedrooms, 2 nice bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The ground floor has underfloor heating and a cozy wood stove for warm moments in winter. In addition, there is air conditioning for cooling or heating. You will quickly feel at home in this lovely forest house.

On the lower floor you will find a double bedroom, a bathroom, a separate toilet, the kitchen, the living room and a storage room with a washing machine and dryer.

On the upper floor are two more bedrooms with a bathroom, including toilet.

Renting the Leeuwerik in Holten includes:

The house contains a 'smart lock'. You will need to install an app and access the cottage. The explanation about this will follow after booking the house.

Cancellation Policy
Up to 8 weeks before arrival date: You can cancel free of charge.
Between 8 and 4 weeks before arrival date: In case of cancellation, the deposit will be retained.
Between 4 and 2 weeks before arrival date: In case of cancellation, 50% of the total cost of the stay will be charged.
Less than 2 weeks before arrival date or no-show: The total cost of the stay will be charged.
