Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The owner will arrange the key collection upon arrival.
The rental price includes the use of gas, water and electricity
Final cleaning per rental period € 60,-
Tourist tax € 1.20 p.p. per night
Internet use is free of charge
Pay 50% of the total amount upon reservation. The remaining amount 6 weeks before the start of the rental period. You will receive a confirmation by post or e-mail.
You don't have to worry about bed-bath or kitchen linen, this is available
