Recently renovated 6-person smoke and pet-free, child-friendly and light forest house with a large plot of 1000 square meters. Fully equipped, such as a new kitchen with dishwasher, combi oven, fridge-freezer, wifi, Nespresso machine, milk frother, but also a washing machine, dryer, nice new beds (box springs), a television with Netflix

In the garden there is a trampoline, playhouse, football goal, a swing and two go-karts (with trailer). Front and rear terraces and fine seating furniture (including lounge sofa).

In addition, tenants have access to two bicycles for adults, several children's bicycles and a Weber BBQ. There is also a charging station on site, so electric cars are no problem!

The cottage is located on bungalow park t'Giethmenseveld with many amenities such as a heated outdoor swimming pool (open from the beginning of May to the beginning of September, several swimming pools), tennis court, large playground and reception. The child-friendly park is characterized by large plots with lots of privacy, and is located in the forest near Ommen, Dalfsen, Raalte and Zwolle.

Layout: Large spacious living room with a view of the green forest garden all around. 1 bedroom with a double box spring of 160X200. 1 bedroom with extra TV/craft corner for the children, separate sink with a double box spring of 140X200. And a bedroom with a bunk bed and lots of toys (Duplo, Lego, dolls etc).

In addition, the cottage has a baby cot, a baby chair and a Tripp Trapp high chair. A bathroom with a walk-in rain shower.

We are an enthusiastic family of four who have lovingly renovated a holiday home and enjoy coming there. I am originally from Drenthe who has been happily living in Haarlem since 2010 in a beautiful old 1930s house.
We love renovating houses with a great eye for detail and history and also think about the environment (i.e. solar panels and insulation).
You can also regularly find us in Huisje162 because family and friends live nearby.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
Smoking is not allowed in the accommodation.
Check-in from 3 pm, check-out 10 am
The rented property may not be occupied by more than 6 people (max 2 adults, 4 children). A cot can be added in consultation with the room.
However, energy and gas costs (with normal use) and the available (basic) facilities such as candles, herbs, oil, etc. Not included is fireplace wood
A possibly. Electric car can be charged on private property, but only via the charging station available for this purpose
The tenant will receive the code of the key box for the contactless stay in good time

The tenant pays a deposit in advance and will receive this deposit back at the end of the lease, after deduction of what the tenant owes to the landlord
If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 8 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will continue to owe 50% of the rent; in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 70% and from 2 weeks to the start date of the rental period 100%
The tenant is obliged to use the leased property properly in accordance with its purpose (recreation) and to leave the leased property in good condition, neat and tidy.
The tenant is not allowed to rent out or sublet the rented property in whole or in part to others
The accommodation must be delivered on time and in the same condition as at the start of the rental period
Instructions from the landlord and/or manager of the park must be followed at all times
The tenant is liable for damage to the rented property, including the damage to or loss of (part of) the inventory, caused during the rental period, unless the tenant can make a plausible case that the damage cannot be attributed to him, his family members or guests
The tenant has taken note of and agrees to the above conditions if the deposit is transferred to the landlord.
