Want to experience endless fun in a beautiful natural environment? Welcome to 'De Vuursteen', a beautiful, luxurious group accommodation on Landgoed 't Borghuis in Losser (Overijssel) in Twente. In this completely renovated old farmhouse, you will feel right at home due to the high level of comfort and the many facilities. With room for 10 to a maximum of 40 people, this is the ideal place for an unforgettable family weekend, friends reunion or company outing.
The accommodation: attractive and complete
Inside you will find a very attractive and spacious living room, with a cozy sitting area with a large flat screen TV. Perfect for getting together with the whole group. In addition, there is a large chess table for a game and a long bar table where you can have a drink.
Cooking enthusiasts can fully enjoy themselves in the large, professional catering kitchen. This is fully equipped including a gas stove with spacious oven, fast catering dishwasher, microwave, large fridge and freezer, and two professional filter coffee makers. Very practical: the accommodation also has its own storage room with washing machine and dryer.
Sleeping and Sanitary (Completely renewed in 2024!)
With no less than 14 comfortable bedrooms, everyone enjoys sufficient privacy and a wonderful night's sleep. There are 6 bedrooms on the ground floor and 8 double rooms on the first floor. All rooms are equipped with lovely, luxurious box-spring beds (no less than 35 box-springs, which were upgraded in early 2024). For the little ones, there are children's camping beds and high chairs available.
The sanitary facilities were also completely and luxuriously renovated in January 2024. Distributed over the house you will find 5 beautiful walk-in showers, 8 toilets and 9 sinks.

The entire ground floor of De Vuursteen is barrier-free and wheelchair accessible. With a spacious hall, wide doors and a special disabled toilet and adapted shower room (including shower chair), this farmhouse is ideal for guests with reduced mobility.
Outdoor Living, Wellness & Play
Directly from the living room or kitchen you step onto the spacious, covered terrace with comfortable patio furniture. Here you can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view over the vast meadows and surrounding forests.
But what makes this farm really unique are the luxurious extras in the garden:
Private Hot Tub: After a walk in the woods, completely unwind in the warm water of your own hot tub. Relax in the open air!
Own Finnish Kota: Fancy a unique and atmospheric evening? Take a seat around the crackling fire in your own wooden kota with a glass of wine or watch a movie together on the flat screen TV hanging in the kota.
A Paradise for Children
The young guys have been thought of. There is a private playground with a trampoline and swings directly at the property. In addition, the estate has a huge playing field including an air trampoline, seesaw, bird's nest swing, table tennis table, climbing course and a football game. When the weather is not so good, they can fully enjoy themselves in the indoor play area with air hockey, darts and pool billiards, among other things.
The Area
The farm is beautifully and rurally located and borders directly on the beautiful nature reserve 'Snippert'. From your accommodation or garden you can walk straight into the forest. Explore the many walking and mountain biking routes and discover the beauty of the Twente landscape.

Target group: To ensure peace and quiet on the estate, youth groups and noisy groups are not allowed.
