't Beerzerachterhuus, luxurious rural 6-person holiday home with private wellness in the basement.

This spacious 6-person holiday home is ideal for a getaway with family, friends or for work. Panoramic view over the meadow with grazing horses and optionally bookable private wellness. (Date and time in consultation with the owner.)

The house is located in a rural area, within walking distance of the woods.

House layout:

Ground floor: spacious living room with underfloor heating, open kitchen and patio doors to the terrace. Separate toilet in the hall.
Smart TV and DVD player available.
Kitchen: combination microwave, dishwasher, kettle, filter coffee machine, Dolcegusto, Senseo, refrigerator and separate freezer of 34 liters.
First floor: 3 spacious bedrooms. 1 with 1 double bed and 2 with 2 single beds. Bathroom with corner bath and walk-in shower.
Washing machine available.
Sufficient space is available in front of the house. You can also sit comfortably in the shade under the haystack.

The beds are made and there are towels, kitchen linen and a towel for the toilet. (See mandatory extra costs)

A spacious private wellness has been created in the basement below the holiday home, which you can optionally book for a number of hours. (Date and time in consultation with the owner, wellness must be paid on site. Wellness prices can be found under additional costs)

There is plenty to do in the area: walking, cycling, visiting the cities of Hardenberg, Ommen, Zwolle or Almelo. Amusement parks Hellendoorn and Slagharen.
Day at the zoo; visit wildlands in Emmen or Tierpark Nordhorn.
Recreational lake the Oldenmeyer. There is a thick folder in the house with all kinds of ideas for days out and route maps.

You can rent bicycles nearby, the bicycle rental company will bring them to the holiday home and pick them up again. (For more information, ask the holiday home owner)

The house is semi-detached. The owner lives on the property and has a very sweet Labrador that walks around the property.

Unfortunately, due to the owner's own dog, pets are no longer allowed.

The house is not rented to youth groups or for parties.
