The large canopy is for general use. During the summer holidays there is a fire pit evening with marsh mellows, lemonade, coffee, tea and a drink. This is free of charge and always very pleasant.
Callantsoog is 9 kilometers away, cozy beach bars, nice center with shops and restaurants and the best ice cream at ice cream Prima. You can still park here for free.
A terrace in Schagen around the church is always cozy. There is also a large indoor shopping center here. Market every Thursday and West Frisian market every Thursday in the summer.
From about mid-April to about mid-May, the bulb fields around 't Bullekroffie are in bloom and there is plenty to do in the area.
The outdoor swimming pool at 1.5 km can be used for free. Bring your own chairs and picnic. Free enjoyment where can you still find it.

Private outside terrace. There are several seating areas outside. There is also an outside table to eat at.
The living room with mass heater. After 1.5 hours of firing, the stove emits around 13 hours of heat. To the right is a sofa bed. There is also a beanbag for children to lay in front of the stove.
The fence of the Ecolodge. On the roof you can see the solar panels that largely provide the house with energy.

Ecolodge entrance
The beach in Bergen. From the Ecolodge, both the beach of Bergen and the beach of Hargen are easily accessible by bicycle or by car. The quietest beach is Schoorl beach, only accessible by bicycle in the middle of the dune area. A beautiful bike ride of approximately 25 minutes.

The market on Saturday in Bergen at the Ruïnekerk. Around the church are many restaurants and cafes. It is also great for shopping or shopping in Bergen.
