Centrally located in the Kop van Noord-Holland.
This house is a hidden gem, you can enjoy the peace, space and nature here. A nice place to avoid the crowds while the lively Schagen inland and Callantsoog on the North Sea coast are close by. Even on Texel you can be within an hour, just like in Amsterdam.
- The living room with kitchen is spacious, you can lounge on the large sofa with the wonderful warmth of the wood stove. The television is rotatable and therefore visible from the couch, but also visible when you sit at the high table.
- A large oval dining table invites you to dine for a long time, to enjoy a delicious meal prepared in the practical kitchen.
- Bringing the outside in is very good here, if the patio doors are open you are right on the terrace in the large garden with large canopy.
- A spot in the sun or in the shade can always be found. A nice garden set is of course available and also 2 sunbeds and a parasol. The garden is fenced, so that the dog can also enjoy the garden. There is also a spacious canopy and a Finnish wood-fired Barrel sauna at your disposal, including the use of 2 sauna towels and 2 bathrobes. A scent for infusion is also present, as is a basket of wood.
- Downstairs is also the bathroom, with shower, sink and toilet.
- The entrance is spacious, you have plenty of space for your belongings.
- Upstairs 2 nice bedrooms, both of which are suitable for 3 people each. Each bedroom has 3 box spring beds for a good night's sleep.
- The garden is large and offers a lot of privacy, you can easily park 2 cars on site. There is a shed for the bicycles. In front of the house is a lovely terrace with lounge set, out of the wind and in the sun, here you can enjoy the sun in early spring

Our holiday homes are located on a small-scale holiday park 't Zijpereilant, in this park a nice playground and a seasonal outdoor swimming pool (limited supervision) accessible free of charge.
At our main location there is an electric car charging point. Bed linen and towels are not included, but optional for a fee. You make the beds yourself.
Sunday always a late check-out 18.00.
Sunday departure but no arrival allowed.
