Strand 83 Family house is a fully equipped holiday home in a nice, quiet neighborhood in Egmond aan Zee. The holiday home has been completely modernized with a new kitchen and bathroom. The area around the family house is quiet and close to the beach of Egmond aan Zee. An ideal base for the entire family.

The space:
Enter the cozy living room with open kitchen and patio doors to the garden. Play a game at the spacious dining table or sit together on the couch. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, one of which is a children's room. The other bedroom has a double bed and the 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds. In addition, the bathroom has been completely renovated with a nice walk-in shower, toilet and sink.

On the attic floor you will find the laundry room and a large bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed. The garden is equipped with a cozy garden set so you can enjoy the beautiful summer evenings together.

The location
The holiday home is located in the area called ''de Zuid'', which is a quiet neighborhood a few 100 meters from the beach and the center. Parking is free and in front of the door in one of the public parking lots. In addition, Egmond aan Zee is the ideal family seaside resort. A cozy village center, the beautiful beach and the many facilities make the village suitable for all ages.

Behind the house is the holiday home Strand 83 -1, this smaller summer home is also fully equipped. So if you really want to go on holiday with your entire family and be close to each other, you could rent the location beach 83 in its entirety, view the availability of beach 83 - 1

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival are 100% refundable

Cancellation policy:
In case of cancellation by the guest: You are not entitled to a free cancellation right. The rental price as stated on the invoice and paid by you includes a cancellation protection that offers you the option to cancel in accordance with the applicable cancellation conditions. The current cancellation policy that applies to your booking can be found in your travel agreement.

You can cancel the booking at any time before the arrival date. We process cancellations during working days. If a cancellation reaches us after the end of a business day, we will process the cancellation within 2 business days. The next working day determines the cancellation costs.

If you cancel 28 days before arrival you will receive a full refund, if you cancel within 28 days and 14 days before arrival you will receive 50% back. If you cancel within 14 days before arrival, you will not receive a refund.
