A holiday home for 6-10 people with a sea view!
The cottage has a prime location, sea views and within walking distance of the cozy center of Egmond aan Zee!

The apartment has 2 floors:
On the ground floor you will find a well-equipped kitchen with dining area and a large dining table, a bathroom with shower and separate toilet and a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed. Outside there is a beautiful terrace, equipped with a large dining table and sun loungers.
Upstairs is the living room with sea views with TV and chromecast. Furthermore, 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed and a single bed.

The apartment is 120m2 and has a balcony and a terrace with sun all day.
The apartment is rented with bed linen and towels (1 set per person, €12.50 p.p.).
If desired, we have a digital parking permit, costs 11€ per car per day.

No smoking. Maximum 1 dog allowed. No parties or events.
Check-in for this accommodation is from 14:00 and check-out is at 10:00.

We own this lovely house with two families! A nice location, close to the beach and within walking distance of the cozy village! Together we have 7 children, and everyone can find a place in this house to chill.

Additional information

Egmond aan Zee is a village in the middle of the dunes and located directly on the sea. Egmond is a paradise for sun worshipers, walkers and cyclists. Those who have met Egmond will always come back! In the former fishing village with its cozy atmosphere there is plenty to do for young and old. Take a stroll in the village along the shops or take a walk on the boulevard to the lighthouse. Even in high season the peace and quiet in the dunes is wonderful. You can enjoy the beach in all seasons! Egmond aan Zee is known for its accessible beach and certainly has one of the most beautiful beaches in the Netherlands. Nice cities such as Alkmaar and Amsterdam are easy to reach. The air is clean and the sun often shines! See you in Egmond aan Zee!

The beach is 50 meters from our house. You can easily walk there. It is wonderful to walk on the beach in all seasons! In Egmond aan Zee there are many beach terraces where you can enjoy a snack or a drink.
