Move to the Sea (beach 50m !!)

A holiday home for 6-10 people with a sea view!
The house has a prime location, 50 m from the sea and 75 m from the center of Egmond aan Zee!

The apartment has 2 floors:
On the ground floor you will find a well-equipped kitchen with dining area and large dining table, a bathroom with shower and separate toilet and washing machine and a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed. Outside there is a beautiful terrace with a picnic table and sun loungers.
Upstairs is the living room with sea views with TV and Chromecast. Furthermore, 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed and a single bed.

The apartment is 120m2 and has a balcony and a terrace with sun all day.
The apartment is rented with bed linen and towels (1 set per person €12.50 p.p.).
If desired, we have a digital parking permit and a parking space in front of the house, costs €5 per car per day.

Do not smoke. Maximum 1 dog allowed. No parties or events.
Check-in for this accommodation is from 2:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.
