On the ground floor of this holiday home you can find the spacious living room with its sitting area, the dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. In addition you can find a bedroom with a bunk bed and a box bed on this floor. The bathroom with a shower, a sink and a toilet is located opposite to this bedroom. The second bedroom with a double bed is also situated on the ground floor. On the first floor you can find the third bedroom with a double bed and additional . From this bedroom you have a beautiful view of the Mill, which is nice to wake up to! On the first floor there are also 3 separate toilets and 1 urinal with 4 washbasins available.

The holiday home is located in very close vicinity of the beach and the sea, so you can easily get there by bike. For daily shopping you can find a supermarket, a bakery, a butcher and a fishmonger within walking distance from your house. The pleasant village of Egmond aan Zee is very nearby, but also the artists' village of Bergen and the historic center of Alkmaar are certainly worth bringing a visit. This area offers entertainment for young and old! If you are in a “sporty mood” you can go to the beach, the dunes or the beautiful woods. But you can also bring a visit to these highlights if you are looking for peace and quiet.
