A completely renovated (2024) apartment above the ice cream parlor Ci Vediamo in Egmond-Binnen that is suitable for 6 people. That means enjoying, getting a fresh cappuccino in the morning and going downstairs in the evening for a few scoops of ice cream with whipped cream, that sounds delicious. Of course, the apartment is also fully equipped with a beautiful style. The center of Egmond inside provides a wonderful base, quickly at the beach, close to the city but still the tranquility of a village center.

**The space**
The apartment has been completely renovated. Everything has been thought of in the interior and beautifully coordinated. The large open living room immediately creates a cozy atmosphere. Have a drink at the bar by the kitchen while cooking, a large dining table to enjoy with them all and the cozy TV corner with smart TV. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances, including an oven, Nespresso machine and induction hob. Adjacent to the living room is the cozy outdoor area.
There are 3 spacious bedrooms and the beds are always made for you.
The luxurious bathroom with shower, large sink and mirror completes it. In addition, there is a separate toilet

**Location**
Egmond binnen is a small quiet village, with beautiful cycling routes, walking routes, and also a perfect central base for a day at the beach or a day out to the big city. Egmond binnen is known for its beautiful abbey, this place is also worth a visit, it is close to the Ci vediamo apartment. With a 10-minute bike ride you will arrive at the beach of Egmond binnen, or cycle on to Egmond aan Zee, where you will arrive at the beach in 15 minutes. The city of Alkmaar is 15 minutes away by car. Parking is free and can be easily done in the street.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Cancellation policy:
In case of cancellation by the guest: You are not entitled to a free cancellation right. The rental price as stated on the invoice and paid by you includes a cancellation protection that allows you to cancel in compliance with the applicable cancellation conditions. The current cancellation conditions that apply to your booking can be found in your travel agreement.

You can cancel the booking at any time before the arrival date. We process cancellations during business days. If a cancellation reaches us after the end of a business day, we will process the cancellation within 2 business days. The next working day determines the cancellation costs.

If you cancel 28 days before arrival, you will receive a full refund, if you cancel within 28 days and 14 days before arrival you will receive a 50% refund. If you cancel within 14 days before arrival, you will not receive a refund.
