In the middle of the forest a small stream where after sunset the boars and deer come to drink.
we come across this just on the way on the bike.
This is chalet Het Vosje. 200 meters from the Cuckoo
200 meters further we have a chalet for rent called Boommarten and close by we also have a chalet the Vosje.

Fancy a game of jeu de boules? Plenty of space! And you will find the boules in our bicycle shed.
In early spring we go by car or bicycle to the sheepfold at Heerde. Huge heather and the sheep come to the cage in the afternoon with their lambs. Beautiful face!
On one of our walks from the cottage you walk a lot along this beautiful stream.
They do not like it, but we look in the nest young thrushes in the birdhouse to the oak 5 meters from our house. (See the picture with the squirrel)

A ten minute walk along the forest and you are on this heath at Gortel. It is October, the sheep have been stamped by the ram. So this spring again lots of lambs!
We just saw this rare hawfinch near our house. He enjoyed the rowan berries!

Early in the morning you step outside through the French doors to enjoy the sun on our terrace.
And then shot from the living room an hour later: having coffee together and enjoying silence.

Not so easy to photograph in limited space, but you get an impression of the bedroom with two single bed
Both summer and winter, this kind acrobats us along for a bite taken to eten.Foto it on New Year from our living room. The latter donuts still find a lover.

It is wonderful to walk on the large quiet heath. This is at Gortel. You can walk there in ten minutes from our house!
