This luxurious 6-person holiday home with large garden is located on the recreation park "De Friese Wadden". A quiet park, located a few kilometers from the Wadden Sea, Franeker and Harlingen, an excellent base for trips to, for example, Leeuwarden, one of the Wadden Islands or the lake area.
We created an outdoor space with a shed at our home in 2019. Under the roof of the barn there is a spa with outdoor shower (hot and cold).
There is a sauna with a changing room in the barn. Both the sauna and the spa are suitable for 5 people. The outdoor area is completely fenced.
The house is fully equipped and has a spacious living room. There is an open kitchen, which is equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, induction hob, combination microwave, Senseo, Nespresso and filter coffee. The house also has a TV, WiFi box and washing machine. Free WiFi with Netflix is also available.
On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, the bathroom with rain shower and separate hand shower and a toilet (separate room, not in the bathroom). On the 1st floor there are 2 large bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. The entire house is equipped with mosquito nets.
Our house has a spacious living space with patio doors to a lovely terrace with spacious lounge area and chairs with all-weather cushion, dining table with chairs and picnic table. The view is wide and if you look up every now and then you will regularly see a bird of prey hanging in the air in search of prey. There is a spacious lawn around the house where you can play.
The plot of almost 600 m2 has a parking space suitable for 2 cars. Pets are also welcome (the house is very suitable for this because it is completely fenced).
The park has a swimming pool (free admission), a playground, a snack bar and free use of the tennis courts. There is a bakery within walking distance, where a limited range of foodstuffs is also available.
The house is intended for recreational purposes. Housing for employees/laborers is not permitted. (Youth) groups are also not welcome in the home.
