There is a private parking facility at our house. There is more parking space very close by (0.5 minutes). Charging points for charging the electric car are available at the reception.
Right on the water. From the garden you can cast the rod right away.
Spacious sofa and chair. Nice dining table for 6 people. Modern kitchen with induction, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher and combi oven.

5 minutes away you can hit a ball on an 18-hole golf course. There is also a swimming pond with a beach in the park.

There is a six-seater dining area. If desired, high chairs can also be added. The dark bars are now painted clear, photos will follow as soon as possible
The kitchen was completely renovated in 2021 and equipped with oven, dishwasher, hob, extractor hood and a fridge-freezer. There is also a coffee machine and a Nespresso machine.
In the Master bedroom there is a luxurious Auping Auronde, with Auping mesh base. New mattresses were purchased in February 2025. There is a large closet with sliding doors.
A lovely bed for a good night's sleep. New mattresses were purchased in February 2025. On arrival you will find beds made.
The second bedroom has two bunk beds and a wardrobe.

The spacious bathroom has underfloor heating. The walk-in shower is 120 cm wide. There is a mirror cabinet and a shelf cupboard for storing toiletries and towels.
A bracket has been placed next to the toilet for the disabled. The sink is wheelchair accessible.
The awning provides shade on sunny days.
From the terrace you have a wonderful unobstructed view over the water. And a lawn where you can play comfortably.
It is possible to moor your own (small) boat at the jetty.
It is also wonderful to stay in the winter period. Enjoy the peace and quiet and the beautiful surroundings.

The Langweerder Wielen is a beautiful lake with excellent connections to other lakes.
It is wonderful walking in the forest which. There is even an inhabited badgers hole nearby.
At 1.5 km you will find one of the finest golf courses in the Netherlands. Beautifully situated on the transition from forest to pasture.
The characteristic of the old limetree-lined main street (Buorren) of Langweer, with several shops, terraces and restaurants.
Through the Houtvaart is excellent boating or canoeing to the lake.
