This new attractive and sustainable holiday villa is beautifully situated on Lake Eysinga, suitable for 8 people and a baby. Given the very spacious design of the villa, it is also very suitable for 2 families. Enjoy the children playing on the jetty, go supping on the water and enjoy the sunset on the veranda. Rent a sloop and experience the sailing possibilities on and around the Frisian Lakes. The Lake of Eysinga is small-scale and quiet, but has its own sailing connection to the Langweerder Wielen from where you can sail in all directions. Also 18-hole golf course Burggolf is in the immediate vicinity. Inside, the house is attractively and modernly furnished and fully equipped. On the ground floor is one large (master) bedroom with bathroom en suite and living room and kitchen (equipped with all conveniences) with French doors to the veranda. There is also a separate toilet at the entrance. The first floor, accessible via a staircase from the hall, has one large (parent) bedroom with bathroom en suite, two bedrooms and one separate bathroom with bath and a separate toilet. A washing machine, dryer, high chair and cot and games are available. Outside, the children can play in the garden, on the jetty and in the water. There is also a veranda with a large dining table and a lounge area on the water. You can enjoy the sun all day long, but if you want to find some shade, that is also possible. There is a private beach and the lawn is large enough for all kinds of outdoor games. You have your own berth at the villa for a sloop to be rented. Use of the charging station is included.

We are Saskia and Hendrik from Amersfoort. We recently became the owner of a beautiful holiday home in Sint Nicolaasga. Partly for own use, partly for rental. We hope that tenants enjoy the peace and nature (both summer and winter) as much as we do.
