Beautiful detached holiday home on the water!

Vakantiehuis_LytseMar is located in Idskenhuizen, right on the water with its own jetty. It is possible to enjoy the garden both at the front and at the back, which offers a lot of privacy. On both sides there is a table for outdoor dining, depending on the wind and sun. There is a lounge set on the side of the water. There is a kamado BBQ available.

The house has a spacious and cozy living room, where there is a table with 10 chairs and has two sitting areas, 1 with TV and the other by the fireplace.

The closed and spacious kitchen is closed off from the living room through the hall. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of crockery and cutlery and has a door to the back of the house with lovely garden. In the hall there is access to the new toilet.

Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms and a brand new bathroom with shower. In 3 of the bedrooms there are 2 box-spring beds that can be put together or used separately. The smallest bedroom has a bunk bed, suitable up to 1.90 m. There is a camp bed available.

Downstairs there is a sofa bed for 2 more beds.

The house can accommodate up to 8 adults + 2 children.
At the reception of recreation park Idskenhuizen you can use the washing machine and dryer.

Environment
The house is located directly on the water, which immediately provides water fun. A sup and surfboard are available that may be used. Less than 100 meters from the house is a beach on a shallow lake. Great for swimming or (learning to) surf. 

In the harbour of Idskenhuizen you will find sailing school Neptunus where it is also possible to rent a boat. From Idskenhuizen there are, among others. Langweer, Joure, Woudsend, Sloten etc easy to sail.
