Modern Villa with large heated swimming pool, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, quiet neat area, ideal for families and 20 minutes to Altea, Benidorm or Finestrat. Located in the Spanish village of Polop.

Several terraces and a trendy Ibiza style interior. 5 minutes drive to the large Sports Center of La Nucia Ciudad del Deport La Nucia. So also an ideal place for sports teams that have competitions or training sessions.

Given the quiet character of the neighborhood, this house is not suitable for groups of young people. Your dog can simply go on holiday and is very welcome.

This Villa is ideal for families and couples who like to holiday together. The Villa is located in a quiet residential area. You can really enjoy the peace in the house and in the garden with swimming pool without the nuisance of traffic and other crowds. Within 15 to 20 minutes by car you are in Altea, Benidorm or Albir. There you have wonderful boulevards, beaches and of course plenty of restaurants and shopping opportunities. So you do need a car if you want to enjoy this villa.

Less than 5 minutes away you will find a large Lidl and a Masymas supermarket, pet shop, bakery, or other necessary facilities in the town of Nucia.

The villa is only a few years old and fully equipped.
3 parking spaces in front of the house. Outside around the swimming pool, several terraces, sun beds and a lounge set. Via a staircase you reach the slightly raised ground floor, with a spacious terrace and the front door. There you will find a spacious living room, dining table and an open kitchen. There is also a bedroom and a bathroom on this floor. Upstairs is the master bedroom with walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom. You also have a beautifully furnished roof terrace where you can enjoy the beautiful view in the evening.

In the basement there is an extra living room with TV and lounge sofa and there are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
All rooms have a window for daylight.

All areas are air-conditioned, which is free to use
Pet is allowed in consultation. Please do not let the dog sleep in bed and use poop bags when walking.

We are the "van Dijkjes". A family from the north of the Netherlands, namely Friesland. We fell in love with this Costa years ago. We like the variety. Alternate the hustle and bustle of Benidorm with the cute Altea. Calpe is also only half an hour away from us. We have 2 teenagers in the house and they absolutely love a day in Alicante. Enjoy some shopping there and then eat tapas on a terrace near the church until late. Will you come and enjoy this lovely house?
