We hereby offer our beautiful newly built holiday home for rent. It is a detached holiday home on a spacious sunny fenced plot of 700m2 and suitable for up to 6 people and possibly. dogs. Located in the beautiful Drents Friese would, a good base for recreation and relaxation. Many cycling and hiking trails including the experience path, off-leash area for the dog, restaurant and bread service are within walking distance.
Classification
The holiday home has 2 floors with a spacious and bright kitchen on the ground floor. The entire ground floor has tiles with underfloor heating. There is a spacious sitting area with flat screen TV. There is a dining area with 6 seats. The kitchen has an open layout with combi microwave, induction, fridge with freezer, dishwasher and includes the possibilities of senseo, filter coffee and kettle. The kitchen is complete with cooking utensils and crockery. The entire style is atmospheric industrial with mango wood, and provided with the beautiful natural color tones so that you can fully relax. The holiday home also has Wi-Fi and there is a water softener.
There is a separate storage room with pantry, extra freezer, washing machine and dryer. There is also the possibility to place a crate here. The storage room also has a separate passage to the garden, so that even after a heavy rain shower, the dog can dry off quietly.

First floor
Here you will find the spacious master bedroom with large box springs 2x 210x90cm with wardrobe and two separate bedrooms with 2 box springs 200x80cm each. All bedrooms are also equipped with new mosquito nets.

In addition, the charming village of Hoogersmilde offers plenty of opportunities for relaxation and fun with plenty of dining options. An absolute must is a visit to the Blue Lake, where you can enjoy a refreshing swim. Fishing enthusiasts do not have to look for a fishing pond because it is located at the rear of the holiday home. There is also a well-known Experience Path for children no less than 50 meters away. Here they can pump up water, clamber and enjoy a beautiful piece of forest.
