Chalet "de Koolmees" is an oasis of peace and ideal for nature lovers and people who like to be active outdoors. The chalet is located on the edge of holiday park 't Wildryck, on place 510, in one of the most beautiful spots, on the edge of the forest and at the very edge of the park. If you cross the adjacent sandy path you are already in national park "the Drents-Friese would" where you can walk endlessly. In the area you can enjoy cycling through forest, heath and the Drenthe and Frisian cultural landscape.
There is a lot of privacy due to the large and fully enclosed garden, which is teeming with various species of birds and other animals. You can look up the sun in the garden / on the terrace, but on hot days you can also sit nice and cool under the trees.
The chalet  is simply furnished, yet equipped with most modern conveniences. 
The chalet is  mainly suitable for 2 or 3 people, but possibly for 4 people. There is a large bedroom with 2 box-spring beds (80x200) that can be placed next to each other or apart. And there is another small bedroom for 1 person (box spring 80x200). And if necessary, a 4th person can sit on the sofa bed in the living room.  The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner gas hob, fridge with small freezer compartment, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, toaster. Washing dishes should be done by hand,  together while you make plans for the (next) day. If you receive visitors: there is enough crockery and cutlery for at least 6 people. In the lockable shed there are 2 regular women's bicycles that you can use and you can also store your own bicycles in the shed or under the canopy. 
NB: the chalet is - due to the steps - less suitable or unsuitable for people who have difficulty walking!
