Child and pet friendly. The garden is completely fenced, approx. 70 cm high.

Right next to the nature reserve "de Onlanden". Here you can spot followers, enjoy cycling and walking.
The Leekstermeer is a 75-meter walk away. You can swim, paddle (rental at the pavilion)
The pavilion is a nice restaurant with a large terrace right on the lake. Nice menu and service... enjoy!
Quiet area and yet within 15 minutes by car in the city center of Groningen.

The detached chalet is located in a park without uniformity. There are all kinds of nice and different houses, mixed public and no strict rules.
You can't charge an electric car. The electrical infrastructure is not designed for that.

I have lived in Switzerland since 1991 but grew up in the province of Groningen.
It's nice to be in Matsloot every now and then. Beautiful surroundings and feels like home.
To reduce costs and finance maintenance, we rent out our attractive and well-furnished chalet.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Cancellation free of charge up to 7 days in advance.
After that, 75% of the rent.
If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
