In 2020, the former stable of a Saxon farm was renovated/renovated into a spacious, comfortable, walker-friendly holiday home for up to 8 people. Located in Ansen within walking distance of the Anserdennes, located in the Dwingelderveld National Park.
In the living area there is a cozy sitting area with two sofas, an armchair and coffee table. There is a flat screen TV. There is also an (electric) fireplace. The living area also has a very spacious dining table with space for ten people.
The open kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. The inventory of the china cabinet and the cutlery drawer is based on ten people. There is a three-piece pan set, two frying pans, a saucepan and pancake pan. Oven dishes are also available. The basic kitchen utensils, such as a cheese slicer and corkscrew, are present in the drawers.
On the ground floor you will also find the hall with toilet, stairs to the first floor, utility room and storage room. In the utility room there is a washing machine and dryer. Also on the ground floor you will find a bedroom with TV and bathroom/dressing room en suite.
The entire ground floor has tiles with underfloor heating (heating by means of heat pump).
On the first floor there is a landing, toilet, bathroom and two bedrooms. The bathroom has a sink, shower, bath and electric underfloor heating. The main bedroom has a sitting area with TV, a single bed, a box bed suitable for two people and a walk-in closet. From the box bed you can enjoy the darkness and starry sky through the light state. The other bedroom has a double bed, single bed, simple sitting area and linen closet with mirrored doors. The landing and the bedrooms have a PVC floor.
Bed, bath and kitchen linen are provided.
A stair gate, cot and high chair are available on request. The house is not equipped with window and socket protection and the like.
Wireless internet/Wifi is available throughout the house.
Outside is a terrace with a spacious twelve-person picnic table.
There is parking space in the yard. Charging an electric car is not possible.
Pets are not welcome.
Smoking is not allowed in the house.
The holiday home and the surrounding buildings are all thatched, for this reason we cannot allow open fires (fire pit, coal barbecue, etc.). An electric barbecue is available.
Of course we follow the advice and guidelines of the RIVM and we pay extra attention to cleaning.
