Chalet Clemente is almost 40 m². It is our own house where we regularly go ourselves. It was built especially for us in 2022 and modernly furnished.
It can accommodate 4 people and is fully equipped. Located in a beautiful spot in the middle of the park, surrounded by trees and greenery. No direct neighbors, so a quiet, private place to relax.
The nice thing here is that it is wonderfully quiet on the spot, but you are within driving distance of many beautiful sights. Think of Cinque Terre, Lucca, Pisa, but also medieval villages such as Pontremoli and Sarzana. Nice shops. Castles and fortresses, sea with sandy beach and beautiful nature.
Inside the chalet you will find the living room with open kitchen. Here a nice sofa, 2 separate chairs and a coffee table. A dining table (extendable) for 4 people. A compartment cupboard with a TV.
The kitchen is equipped with a 5 burner gas hob with extractor hood, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. Also a piston coffee machine and kettle. Well equipped with kitchen utensils for delicious cooking.
There is a bedroom with a double bed of 160 wide, plenty of closet space to hang your clothes. The 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed. Plenty of cupboard space here too.
Bathroom has a spacious shower, washbasin, toilet and a washing machine.
There is a split air conditioner for cooling and heating.
All windows are equipped with mosquito nets.
Around the chalet is a large veranda with a pergola that can be opened and closed. Here is a dining table set with 4 chairs and 2 sunbeds.
The park has a swimming pool with separate children's pool and a good restaurant.
Prices include: gas/water/electricity (yes, also the air conditioning!), beds made and a towel package per person (1 bath towel and 1 normal size towel), tourist tax, park costs and cleaning.
Parking is available near the cottage.
We rent for a minimum of 5 days.
When booking we always send a contract and general terms and conditions, extra information etc. You can first read this carefully and then agree. This will make your reservation final.
