House with private pool near Siena

The villa is 3 km from the center of Chianciano Terme, one of the most popular thermal spas in Italy and within walking distance of two wineries.

The villa is located between the hills dividing Val d'Orcia and Valdichiana.
The entire property is for your own use and not shared with other persons. The villa (decorated with taste) has 2 floors with independent entrance, but communicating through an interior staircase. The house is therefore also suitable for 2 families who want to go on holiday together but also want some privacy. Each floor has 2 bedrooms, kitchen or kitchnette, living/dining room, terrace with panoramic view.

The 1st floor has a 5th room with kitchen and double sofa bed that can also be used as a fifth bedroom (there is also air conditioning). The ground floor has a bathroom the first floor two. All bedrooms and living rooms have air conditioning. Wi-fi internet connection available on both floors. There are 2 baby cots available and 1 high chair (no problem getting a second one if requested).
The house has a large private garden with a 12x5 swimming pool (1.20 to 1.70 meters deep). The pool is fully fenced so the property is suitable for families with babies/small children, there is a first gate and fence near the villa at the start of the steps to the pool and a second one just before the pool. There are tables and chairs for dining al fresco near the villa and there is also a barbeque at your disposal.

All necessary shops are available in the center of Chianciano Terme, the nearest restaurant / pizzeria (Il Casale) is 1 km from the villa. More restaurants are available in the town itself. In Chianciano Terme there are supermarkets (the largest is the Coop), bakery, butcher, bars and many other shops / restaurants. There is a good restaurant near the Coop supermarket (Il Buco). The weekly market on Wednesday. Tennis lane at 4km, horse riding 7km, Golf club 30 km. It is an ideal starting point to visit Tuscany and Umbria. From the house in just 15 minutes drive you are on the highway Rome-Florence. There is a train station in Chiusi (13 km far away), in about 1h40 in Rome or Florence.

Great place with good value for money. To taste, rabbit! Decent wine list and friendly service.
RISTORANTE PIZZERIA TRIBECA
Very modern restaurant that offers both fish and meat. Fresh fish of excellent quality. You can also order meat / game or pizza from the wood-fired oven. Excellent wines.
RISTORANTE PIZZERIA TRATTORIA MARECHIARO
The Marechiaro restaurant serves traditional Neapolitan dishes. Excellent dishes of fresh fish, including the fish soup. Also a good pizza with mozzarella di bufalo DOP
RISTORANTE L'ASSASSINO
It is located just outside the historic center of Chianciano Terme. The restaurant serves good Tuscan cuisine. Try the homemade pasta (pici or tagliatelle) and grilled meat (cockerel or steak) with white beans.
