The property enjoys a prime location with a beautiful panorama just 2 km from the small charming village of Rigomagno, between Siena and Arezzo (both towns are about 35 km away). It is a very quiet location, great place for a relaxing holiday and to visit Tuscany and Umbria. There are many beautiful towns and charming villages all reachable within 30-50 minutes by car (Siena, Arezzo, Montepulciano, Montalcino, the Val d'Orcia ... and many more). Florence can be reached in 1 hour by car, Lake Trasimeno in 25 minutes. The property has a large garden of 8000m2 (completely fenced) with a private saltwater swimming pool of 13.5x5.5 meters (with roman steps). The first three steps of the stairs allow sunbathing or small children to play in shallow water. The whole property is for the private/exclusive use of the renter (NOT shared with other holidaymakers or owner). There are two terraces next to the house. The one on the east side is equipped with table / chairs for outdoor dining, for cooking a stone oven / barbecue is available. The terrace on the west side has very comfortable garden furniture from Unopiù and is much appreciated by all guests. There are also 4 hammocks in the garden. From the porch you have access to the aforementioned bedroom and the kitchen. The ground floor has a bathroom with toilet and bathtub. From the properties you can reach the Rome-Florence motorway in just 15 minutes, there is a train station available in Sinalunga (9 km far), the train will take you to Rome and Florence in about 2 hours. Shops are available in Lucignano 6 km away, there are also several restaurants in the village. Large supermarket in Sinalunga at 9 km. The supermarket COOP in the shopping center "I Gelsi" near Sinalunga is also open on Sundays. A large shopping center (Outlet village Valdichiana) is 15 km away. For golfers, 14 km away is the Golf Club Valdichiana.
