Casa delle Fragole can accommodate up to six guests in two bedrooms on the 1st floor and a sofa bed in a separate bedroom linked to one of the bedrooms with a total of two bathrooms. In addition, the cottage in the garden has been renovated in which a maximum of 4 extra guests can stay, so in total the house offers the possibility for 10 guests. The cottage has a private bathroom with shower and toilet.

Casa delle Fragole is the perfect location for guests looking for a real Tuscan experience in a rustic setting.Casa delle Fragole retains many of its unique Tuscan features, such as wooden beams, stone features and terracotta floors. The villa is on two floors, connected by both an internal open wooden staircase and a beautiful external Tuscan stone staircase. The villa is spacious with an open design (approximately 160 square meters). From the main entrance on the ground floor there is a large living room with a large fireplace, very cozy for cold winter evenings. The living room is complete with comfortable sofas, satellite TV and a WiFi connection. Also, the fully equipped kitchen with dining table is located on the ground floor. The sleeping area is on the first floor and consists of two bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms with shower. The third bedroom is linked to one of the bedrooms, which has a sofa bed for 2 people (with regular mattresses, by the way).

The cottage in the garden has been recently renovated and has two double beds, a small bathroom and a sitting area. In addition, the cottage has its own terrace.

The well-maintained, shady and secluded garden leads to a beautiful swimming pool, where you can use sunbeds and umbrellas. The garden offers a lot of privacy.
