EXPLANATION OF PRICES
Prices are all-inclusive; there are no additional costs (such as tourist tax or utility bills).
CANCELLATION POLICY
The host charges the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the renter:
• Cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
• Cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 3 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
• Cancellation from 3 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
• If the renter informs the host on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that they will not be using the property (or will no longer be using it), the renter will still be liable for the full rental price
• No-show: if the renter does not arrive within the 24:00 of the day of the start of the rental period, without having asked anything to the host in the Micazu messaging system about a proposed delayed arrival, the rental period is automatically cancelled and the renter will still be liable for the full rental price
• Change of the arrival day: if the renter needs to arrive in a day which is after the start of the rental period, it is necessary that the renter asks for the permission about the change of the arrival day to the host, using the Micazu messaging system within the 24:00 of the day of the start of the rental period; the host has the right to accept the proposed new arrival day or to refuse it (depending if the host will be available to be at the property address in the new arrival day or not); if an agreement about a new arrival day is found, the renter will still be liable for the full rental price; if there is no possibility to find an agreement about a new arrival day, the rental period is automatically cancelled, the renter is charged according to the above cancellation policy, and (if another accomodation will be needed) the renter will have to find and pay another accomodation
