Beautiful villa with large garden and swimming pool, situated in the hills of the south of Le Marche. Casale Leporello was originally an old farmhouse from 1900 and was completely restored in 2013, with great attention to detail and finishing. It has become a beautiful, luxury holiday home, suitable for up to 7 people.

The Casale has a spacious living room with a fireplace, comfortable sofas and a TV. From the dining room you enter the large terrace through the patio doors. A delightful outdoor dining area has been created under the pergola. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped; including a fridge-freezer, five-burner gas stove with oven and a dishwasher.

There are four spacious bedrooms. Three of them are for 2 people, each of which has its own luxury bathroom. The ^4th bedroom is a spacious single room. All windows are fitted with mosquito nets.

Casale Leporello is situated on a private, enclosed site of a few hectares. It has a private parking space. The beautiful garden is full of Mediterranean plants such as oleanders, rose beds, lavender and of course delicious Italian herbs. The garden has several terraces and the large (10x5m) saltwater swimming pool is very special. Around it are sun beds with umbrellas. A fantastic place to enjoy the surrounding landscape!

Ponzano di Fermo is 1.5 km away. In this village you will find a bar, newspaper kiosk, pharmacy and grocery store. The beautiful medieval town of Fermo is 10 km away and within 15 minutes you are on the Adriatic coast, on the nice beach of Porto San Giorgio!

Am the Dutch manager of this beautiful former farmer's house, completely renovated in 2013 with great love and care for details, located in the most authentic part of the southern Marche, close to charming small villages, the capital Fermo and the sandy beach of Porto San Giorgio.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The prices include bed and linen linen, beach towels, electricity-water-gas.
The final cleaning, as well as the weekly cleaning are also included.
The swimming pool is open from 1 May to 30 September (in consultation also until the end of October).
When booking, 30% of the rent must be paid, the remaining amount 6 weeks before arrival.
The deposit is € 400.

Everything is beautiful The photos and the description as well as the other reviews describe this beautiful object very well. The house is tastefully decorated and offers lots of space and privacy. The kitchen can use a small cupboard to store supplies, otherwise there is nothing to say. The pool was the highlight for us, it is huge, very clean and equipped with lots of sun loungers. The view from the pool and from the house is huge. As noted in other reviews, there is occasionally (fortunately rarely) some noise from a cart track on the mountain opposite. But that only marginally obscured the excellent overall impression.

Perfect place and house! We traveled from the Netherlands to this beautiful house for the third time. We love the environment, the people, the house and especially the swimming pool. Our contact with the manager is perfect. We really hope to come back again!

Perfect summer vacation in the Marche We spent wonderful days in the Marche, the location of the house is great, especially the view from the terrace and the pool on the landscape and the tranquility around are fantastic. The house and the interior absolutely agree with the photos and are absolutely recommendable. We made trips to the wine regions, to Ascoli, Loreto, Jesi, Pescara and of course we also bought shoes and bags in the many shops around Macerata. To our shame we have to admit that we were hardly on the beach, we thought it was better at Casa Leporello. The service of the landlord is 1A, there was cake and wine as a welcome, good tips for the area, bath and beach towels, after a week they were also thoroughly cleaned and the beds were made fresh. Wolf (the concierge) took good care of us (including picking us up when we left our car). That was not obvious! Thanks again ... Regina and Thomas

Beautiful holiday home in the hinterland of Porto San Giorgio If you are looking for a peaceful holiday in a holiday home in a fantastic location, this is the place for you. Casale Leporello offers great comfort in a 20-minute drive from the Adriatic beach. The house itself is a tastefully renovated and expanded shepherd's house with spacious grounds and a great swimming pool. The equipment is very good, as is the support on site. Striking is the spacious kitchen with gas stove, oven and (who needs it) microwave. Our highlight: the dreamy view reminiscent of an amphitheater and the (usually) fantastic tranquility. A bit of bitterness: the motocross track, about 1 km away, with different lengths on 2-3 evenings a week (at least during our stay in July / August). In view of the otherwise perfect range, we have "kept an eye out" here.

Fantastic house, great landlord, A beautiful house with style, modern and new in the equipment, stylish fresh in the design. In addition, a beautiful location on a ridge, with a wonderful view of the slopes of the opposite sides of the valley. The pool is perfect and the general facilities are above average. The landlord ensures that the house is in good condition, every week there is a very thorough and at the same time warm lady who cleans and everything is perfectly restored. The area is very exciting to discover and has much more to offer than you would initially think. The wine offer and the culinary delights, the many hidden cultural events, the cities in the area, the hiking opportunities and various geographical attractions, the Adriatic coast and the high mountains, not to mention shopping for shoes and fashion. The brands are a gem (don't tell anyone :-))
