Complete, luxurious, very atmospheric, beautiful views and a good location are fitting terms for this house. You will find a very clean house, a welcome cake and wine on arrival. Add to that a very pleasant communication and you understand that we would like to come back again. Le Marche is characterized as wonderfully authentic Italian.

The cottage has a beautiful view. Relax by the pool or at the table outside. Everything necessary was there. An air conditioner or some extra fans in the rooms would be a great added value.

Nice big and clean house with beautiful pool and stunning views. Despite the fans, it was warm upstairs in the bedrooms (July). We enjoyed it and would love to come back again!

In a beautiful location with great views. Lovely spacious swimming pool with very good sunbeds. Spacious and clean house! Surroundings are very beautiful! We enjoyed it! Definitely recommended.

We had a great holiday in Casale Leporello from 25/06/22 to 9/7/22.
Both the spacious bedrooms and the comfortable living space, with plenty of seating space, made the stay extra pleasant. Thanks to the good weather, we also enjoyed the lounge and the table on the terrace.
The large swimming pool with extra shower completed the picture.
We could always rely on the kindness and service of Wolf, the person in charge. Every Saturday, Morena came to clean the entire house (including changing the sheets and towels).
We read in some other reviews about the nearby motocross terrain, but it wasn't too bad and the noise stopped at a correct hour anyway.
Highly recommended!!
