You can reach the quietly located holiday home via your own private road. The house is 200m2 in size and has a very spacious garden and has a completely unobstructed fantastic view. The house is suitable for 8 people (4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms) and child friendly.
Outside the house
The garden is 3000m2 in size and has its own fruit – olive trees and has beautiful shaded areas under the old oaks, where the spectacular view can be enjoyed from the hammock or from the extra terrace on top of the hill. The spacious terrace is partly covered by a portico and has views of the pool and the green hills and the village of Montevecchio. Or in the evening you can turn on the barbeque and enjoy a glass of wine. Of course, the beautiful swimming pool of 10 by 5 meters is not missing for cooling off with a spacious terrace. The terrace is equipped with a number of sunbeds and umbrellas and surrounded by rosemary and lavender and overlooking the olive trees. There is a trampoline next to the house. Surrounding the hills are farmlands and forests and alternately planted with sunflowers, grains and crops.
Under the portico is a dining table and there is also a seating area on the side of the house with parasol. But a nice moment is to start in the morning with a cup of coffee on the couch in front of the house to start the day well.
Surroundings
The house is completely secluded and 500 meters away is the house of our hospitable Italian neighbors who also maintain the cleaning, the key and the garden. The last part to the house is private or no passing traffic! Less than 10 minutes away is the medieval village of Fratte Rosa for daily shopping, a cup of coffee, getting fresh bread or eating out at one of the local restaurants and Fratte Rosa is also best known for its terracotta. The larger supermarket is located in San Lorenzo di campo, about 15 minutes drive. The house is ideally located between sea and mountains (monte e mare), with beautiful seaside resorts, postcard villages and wineries in the immediate vicinity with delicious wines such as Terracruda wine. The various coastal towns are about 30 minutes away with lovely beautiful sandy beaches. There are also several nice places in the area such as the beautiful beaches in Senigallia, the caves of Frassasi, cycling or hiking at the Furlo gorge, an antique market in Fossombrone or Fano, various wineries such as Terracruda in Fratterosa or Fiorini in Barchi, the breathtaking Conero coast, and various outlet stores (including Santoni, Tods, Prada, Fay.) are a 1.5-hour drive away. From Fabriano station you can reach the heart of Rome in 2 hours by train. In the house there is a very extensive guestbook with tips for sights, nice restaurants, good wineries etc
Layout house
Through the front door you enter the large modern kitchen which is fully equipped including oven and dishwasher. The cozy sitting room with fireplace is adjacent and there is a TV/DVD player including various games and (children's) DVDs and also many Dutch books. There is a bathroom with sink, shower and toilet, a utility room with washing machine and a bedroom with two single beds.
On the 1st floor there are 3 spacious bedrooms, 1 bedroom with a double bed, bedroom with 2 single beds and a separate cot and a bedroom with 2 single beds. The large luxury bathroom has a bath, sink, bidet, toilet and separate shower.
In the house there is Wifi internet via satellite, various Dutch books, games and movies and of course a barbecue. All windows in the bedrooms are also equipped with shutters and mosquito nets. Just a lovely Italian house in a rural location to enjoy the tranquility, the surroundings and the beautiful what Le Marche has to offer, beach, nice villages and or delicious restaurants!
