In the morning you have some sun on your terrace that turns away when it gets too hot. The huge fig tree by the outdoor dining area makes this the coolest place you can find when it's really unbearable on many terraces around here. Just think about it :)
Our house is completely free. The huge terrace of the holiday home is located at the rear. You will find your parking space on the left.
Fully equipped kitchen. The worktop comes from the Netherlands at Rob Henckens Terrazzo and Concrete. The best there is! Note the sink.
Dawn. Time for some meditation. Don't know how? You can also always ask Fulco.
Wake up totally ZEN. Check quickly if your period is still available.
Where do you find this? Rent our Fiat 500 and drive one of our Theme Routes (put by us in Google My Maps), Sea, Sibilini Mountains, Villages, the Wine Route or just your own way. That's Italy at its best. Priceless! Ask about the possibilities and see if he is still available.

There is a powerful but very quiet air conditioning in the master bedroom. For enthusiasts also large ceiling fan. An air conditioner in the kitchen/living room is not necessary. There the Sun is only in the morning.

The first rays of sunshine envelop the hills in a soft golden glow. As the world slowly awakens, a serene calm hangs in the air. The soft singing of the birds fits in very well with this.
The swimming pool is adjacent to your Veranda. This pool is Private for the Guests of the apartment.
The parasols have now been replaced by a large awning above the entire terrace. This way everyone has nice shade.
We can't get enough of this view. We give it to you wholeheartedly. Enjoy it!

The dining room, kitchen and living room together form a beautiful, connecting whole, creating a large open space.
The dining room, with its large wooden table and 8 chairs, connects seamlessly to the open kitchen which is very convenient. From here you always have a beautiful view of the landscape around Casa Belmonte through the windows.
The open kitchen is fully equipped. For example, you can use a dishwasher, convection oven, microwave, vitro-ceramic hob, fridge with large freezer compartment and a coffee maker. There is plenty of crockery, cutlery, glassware, cooking pots and pans.
