The view is breathtaking. The house is located in the beautiful unspoilt Italian nature and at the same time offers a range of activities and many possibilities in the Italian food culture for every budget and taste. The Marche or 'Le Marche', is a region in Italy that offers you the ideal mix of good food and good wine, nature (Sibillini mountains), beaches (a 40-minute drive away), beautiful towns on the hills or shopping... and without too many tourists! The region of Le Marche offers an excellent climate, warm and friendly people, cultural value, breathtaking scenery – and of course, the local food and wine offerings are definitely worth a visit! This house in nature includes two buildings and a garden.
You rent the entire private domain including private pool, bbq, games room with pool table, TV, sitting area, bar,... The pool can be heated in the colder months if necessary and at an additional cost.
Casa Vista sleeps 14 people. Special requests for smaller numbers of people in low season are negotiable. In total there are 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The main building : max 9 people

- luxuriously equipped kitchen (gas stove with 5 hotplates, cooking island, 2 refrigerators with freezer, 2 convection ovens, dishwasher);

- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds or 1 double bed
- 1 bedroom with 1 bunk bed + 1 double bed
- 1 bedroom with 1 bunk bed and single bed, total for 3 people. Past this room you also take the stairs to the ground floor.
