Casa Trifoglio is located along a dead end 'strada bianca', surrounded by vineyards.
Although Casa Trifolglio is quietly located, it is within walking distance of the picturesque medieval village of Montelparo, where everything is present, bakery, grocery, pharmacy, restaurant, bank, post, bar, ...
The house overlooks postcard faces all around. On one side you look out on the Sibillini Mountains where you can make beautiful walks and on the other side of the house you look out on the Adriatic Sea

The house has 4 bedrooms (2pers) each with its own bathroom, air conditioning, internet, wifi, TV, home automation, fire alarm, 2 kitchens with dishwasher, washing machine.
Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning.

In 1 kitchen there is a long extendable table so that the entire group can eat together.
There are 2 terraces with panoramic views on both terraces is a long table with chairs for 8 people. Everything is provided for the full occupancy of 8 people, there are sun loungers and patio chairs for everyone. The swimming pool (4 x 12 m) is a real eye-catcher and also has a magnificent view of the village of Montelparo and the Sibillini mountains.
In the area are many old medieval villages and towns where time seems to have stood still because mass tourism has fortunately not yet struck here.
Furthermore, it is a great area to explore by scooter or motorcycle, but also the quiet sports such as walking, cycling or horse riding are well catered for,

For culinary enthusiasts you can also have excellent food in this region (cheap), in this wine and truffle region you will not be short of anything
We are happy to give our guests tips and if necessary assistance to make their stay here as enjoyable as possible.

Our rental prices include water, gas, electricity, air conditioning, bed and bath linen. The final cleaning 150 € can be settled with the deposit.

During the month of July and August, the arrival and departure day is Friday, as flights to and from Ancona and Pescare Airport are on Fridays.

We are Isabel and Andy from Belgium.
After many travels in Italy, starting in the north by the lakes, we have traveled further south every year. When we toured this region in 2010 on the 100th anniversary of Benelli moto in Pesaro, we were immediately sold by the rolling landscapes and we stayed here.
Later we visited the south of Italy but 'La Marche' did not let us go until we bought this farmhouse in 2015.

Explanation of prices

The price is for the total occupancy of 8 people.
Outside the high season it is possible to rent the house for smaller groups (4 people) at half the price of the full occupancy.

Energy (gas, water and electricity) is included with normal use.
Use of bed and linen is included, except for beach towels.
For stays of more than a week, we offer you a change of towels and sheets free of charge.
Use of WIFI is included
Smoking in the house is not allowed
Pets are not allowed
Stay during the winter period, from October 1 to May 1, then we charge a fixed amount of € 85 / week for heating and firewood.
Deposit is 500 € is paid in advance, with the rental price and refunded after the final inspection with deduction of the final cleaning. Any damage or missing household items will be deducted from the deposit.
Bookings are final after approval and after receipt of the down payment of the rent.
The pool is maintained every 3 days. From June 1 to October 1, the swimming pool is open unless there are very hot weather conditions outside these periods.
The rental price does not include complete final cleaning (180 €).
