With only one accommodation at the moment, we are very small-scale and we guarantee hospitality, quality, excellent service and personal attention.

Feel like being active? This is even possible within walking distance of your accommodation. How about baking your own pizza in our pizza oven or cooking extensively on the open fire of our OFYR. Of course there is also plenty to do in the area.

Because Villa Rilassati is located exactly between the sea and the mountains, you can enjoy both during your stay. So you can enjoy the beach one day and, for example, the next day you can sit comfortably on your mbt and explore the mountain trails.

Enterprising as we are, the idea arose in the spring of 2021 to embark on a new adventure in Italy. After a number of viewings, we found Villa Rilassati in the autumn of the same year. Our dream home!

Because we are extremely proud of this amazing place, we are happy to share Villa Rilassati with our guests. We live in the villa and receive guests in the apartment.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the leased property on the agreed date, he must immediately notify the landlord. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed in writing or by emailto landlord.

If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will continue to owe 30% of the rent; in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 40% and from 2 weeks to the start date of the rental period 50%.

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
