Because Villa Rilassati is located exactly between the sea and the mountains, you can enjoy both during your stay. So you can enjoy the beach one day and, for example, the next day you can sit comfortably on your mbt and explore the mountain trails.

Enterprising as we are, the idea arose in the spring of 2021 to embark on a new adventure in Italy. After a number of viewings, we found Villa Rilassati in the autumn of the same year. Our dream house!

Because we are extremely proud of this amazing place, we are happy to share Villa Rilassati with our guests. We ourselves live in the villa and receive guests in the apartment and in our future glamping tents.

Explanation of prices

If, for whatever reason, the tenant is unable, unwilling or will not accept the rented property on the agreed date, he must immediately inform the landlord. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed in writing or by email to the lessor.

If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will still owe 30% of the rental price; in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 40% and from 2 weeks up to the start date of the rental period 50%.

If the tenant only announces on the commencement date or during the rental period that he will not use the rented property (anymore), he will still owe the full rental price.
