The 150 m² apartment has a very large living room and a well-equipped kitchen with all the amenities present in a modern kitchen. Furthermore, there are 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom. In the laundry room you also have access to your own washing machine.
The apartment is modernly furnished while maintaining the warm Italian atmosphere. The apartment has a balcony of 8 x 1 meter for the first cup of coffee of the day.
The apartment is surrounded by an acre of garden, vineyards and an olive grove. In the garden there are several seating areas so that you can sit in the sun as well as in the natural shade of the trees. The advantage of this, our guests also say, is that you have wonderful spots throughout the garden. The garden also features a permanent (private) swimming pool of 10 x 4 meters. The perfect place to relax.
Villa Verde is located about 1km from the village of Loro Piceno which has all the facilities you need such as a supermarket, butcher, ATM, restaurants and bars. This is also one of the advantages mentioned in feedback, the location. Close to all facilities, yet surrounded by nature. We found it important when choosing a house that it has the feeling of being in the middle of "la campagna", but very close to a village which you can reach on foot.
