Kitchen with corner sofa, two chairs and extendable dining table for max, 6 people to eat in. Extra available: Fridge with freezer, microwave and small separate oven.
Ground floor bedroom with double bed and bedside tables for adults. Also present: two small closets, a clothes rack and a chair. Accessible from the living room.
Children's bedroom on the ground floor. Two bunk beds for max. 4 children. Also present is a play table for the children, a cupboard with toys and a small bench and a high chair.
Bedroom on the first floor. Two single beds with bedside tables for adults. Also present: a closet for clothes or other items, a mirror and a chair.
Bathroom ground floor. Bathroom with bath/shower combination and toilet. Bathroom cabinet with light and power connection.
Garden table with chairs available in the yard. When the weather is nice, you can sit here to have a drink or eat outside.

Outside porch. Right next to the main entrance you have this lovely veranda. Whether you have just woken up or want to sit outside in the evening. Here it is wonderful to stay and there is lighting for the evening.

Oberelz. Hiking trail to higher Oberelz. The path is close to our house and can be reached via Haubtstrasse. Above this you can enjoy walking through meadows and pieces of forest, also ideal for dogs.
