Ferienhaus Vulkaneifel Kopp

If you are looking for a beautiful and quiet environment, for a cozy or sporty get-together, then you have come to the right place in Kopp. The holiday home is located next to the church, in the small village of Kopp, about 11 km south-west of the spa town of Gerolstein and 17 km south-east of Prüm. The house was built in 1984 and has been owned by a walking club for years. Of course, that is not without reason. In the beautiful surroundings (the Volcano-Eifel has the title UNESCO Global Geopark) you can make many beautiful walks. The house is available for a large group (maximum 22 people). Think of families (festive occasion or reunion) and sports clubs (kayaking, cycling). However, the house (and its surroundings) is not suitable for large, exuberant, noisy parties. Then you will have to look a little further.

Arrangement
The house is very practically furnished. There are 9 bedrooms with a shower, sink and toilet in each bedroom. Two of these bedrooms are located on the ground floor, and are suitable for disabled people (no thresholds). The bathrooms are not wheelchair accessible (walker is possible). On the ground floor there is also the community room, the kitchen, extra toilets and a drying room. On the first floor are the other 7 bedrooms (of which 1 room is equipped for 4 people and 1 room for 6 people). The second floor is multi-fluxtionally furnished as a play, practice or craft room.

Environment
All kinds of activities can be done in the beautiful surroundings. Such as hiking, cycling, kayaking etc. The walks literally start at the front door. Opposite the house, many walks start on marked trails. Various mountain bike routes start in Birresborn (4km). You can cycle for miles along the rivers Kyll, Prüm and Nims. On these rivers you can also kayak quietly. But a little further away, when there is enough water, it is also more difficult for the adventurous to find water, such as the Irreller Wasserfalle of the Prüm, the Endertbach and the Upper Rur. Not to mention the heavier cycling, cycling or mountain biking through the hills. If there is snow in winter (the Eifel is unfortunately not a snow-proof area) you can also go cross-country skiing and skiing here.
Would you rather go and see something? There is a lot to see in the area. Brochures about the various attractions are available in the house. And if the weather is bad, there is a beautiful attic where all kinds of activities can be done. Also nice for a game night.
