Villa Bad Bertrich

Welcome to Villa Bad Bertrich. Our house is in a quiet location just outside the center of the Staatsbad "Bad Bertrich". From the house you have a beautiful view of the greenery and the river Üß. In 2 minutes you can walk to the center with bakery, cafes, restaurants, parks and the sauna complex for which the village is known. Hiking trails start on all sides of the house and in 7 carmin. you are at the banks of the Moselle (Alf/Bullay). The tourist town of Zell is 15 minutes away.

There is a private free parking space for 1 car or 2 smaller cars, from here you walk via a footpath (with 10 steps) towards the stately home. On the ground floor you will find a bedroom, a utility room for bicycles and a play area for children (from September). From the play area you reach the roof terrace that we have transformed into a children's playground. It is covered with artificial grass and there are children's toys including a trampoline, slide and a real wooden playhouse.

On the first floor is a spacious living room with Smart TV with Netflix and a chromecast. There is a wood stove for the colder days, wood can be purchased at the hardware store. One wall is covered with oak planks, these are 110 years old and come from a potato shed from the Belgian Ardennes.
From the living room you have access to the new kitchen, which is equipped with all appliances (dishwasher, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave and oven).
The kitchen is also connected to the dining room, which has a modern oak tree trunk table with 10 chairs.
There is also 1 bathroom and a separate toilet on this floor.
From the living room you walk onto the large balcony at the front. From the balcony you come back to the garden and the terrace where you can enjoy a meal and you can barbecue between the rocks of the mountain behind. We have also made a deck for the sunbathers.

On the 2nd floor are 4 bedrooms, 3 with private balcony. Here are also 2 bathrooms, 1 with a bath.
