"A guest in the Hunsrück, at home with us"
Our apartment is certified with 5 stars by the German Tourism Association and is located in the basement (15 steps). The apartment has normal windows everywhere with a view to the outside (except the bathroom). A living/dining room with adjoining open kitchen and a pleasant cork flooring. There are tiles in the bathroom.
In the bedroom, you sleep in a box spring bed with 7-zone comfort mattresses in 2 different degrees of firmness. There is also a large mirror and wardrobe here. Beds (bed linen included) are always freshly made. The inlets are also changed.
In the spacious bathroom there is an almost walk-in shower of 90 x 120 cm. Hand and shower towels, hair dryer and of course toilet paper are available.
In the living room, you can make yourself comfortable on the couch in front of the 49-inch TV or listen to your music with the compact system. With the game collection and the many books, you can also bridge a rainy day.
"Workation:" You can take a vacation during your home office. For this purpose, we will set up a small workstation for you.
The kitchen has an electric stove with ceramic hob, oven, a dishwasher and a refrigerator with freezer compartment. Coffee machine, environmentally friendly coffee balls Coffee machine, kettle, egg cooker, toaster, hand mixer with add-on mixing bowl and a microwave are available, as well as all the usual kitchen utensils.
In front of the house you have your own car parking space, as well as a small cozy sitting area. On the lawn in front of the sitting area there are also 2 loungers available.
The house is a non-smoking house. Pets are also not allowed.
Wi-Fi is available (free of charge).
We have two free guest tickets for you, with which you can use the entire VRM network free of charge. This will allow you to reach the many hiking trails in the area. Or hike directly from us to the dream loops nearby. The Schinderhanes cycle path is only 300 m away. The city centre is about 500 m away.
If you want to do the laundry, you can use our washing machine and dryer for a fee.
The sauna/infrared sauna in the adjoining room can be booked for a fee of 20€/15€ per use by arrangement. (incl. sauna towels and bathrobes)
