Our holiday apartment is certified with 5 stars by the German Tourism Association and is located in the basement (15 steps). The apartment has normal windows everywhere with a view to the outside (except the bathroom). A living/dining room with an adjoining, open kitchen and a pleasant cork floor. The bathroom is tiled.
In the bedroom, you will sleep in a box spring bed with 7-zone comfort mattresses in 2 different degrees of firmness. There is also a large mirror and a wardrobe. Beds (bed linen included) are always freshly made. The inlets are also changed.

The spacious bathroom has an almost ground-level shower measuring 90 x 120 cm. Hand and bath towels, a hairdryer and, of course, toilet paper are provided.

In the living room, you can make yourself comfortable on the couch in front of the 49-inch TV or listen to music on the stereo. The games collection and the many books can also help you get through a rainy day.

"Workation:" You can take a vacation in your home office. We will set up a small workstation for you.

The kitchen has an electric stove with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and a fridge with freezer compartment. Coffee machine, environmentally friendly coffee ball coffee machine, kettle, egg cooker, toaster, hand mixer with attached mixing bowl and a microwave are available, as well as all the usual kitchen utensils.


In front of the house you have your own parking space and a small, comfortable seating area. There are also two loungers available on the lawn in front of the seating area.

The house is non-smoking. Pets are also not allowed.
Wi-Fi is available (free of charge).
We have two free guest tickets for you, which allow you to use the entire VRM network free of charge. This will take you to the many hiking trails in the area. Or you can hike directly from us to the Traumschleifen nearby. The Schinderhanes bike path is only 300 m away. The city center is about 500 m away.
If you would like to do some laundry, you can use our washing machine and dryer for a fee.
The sauna/infrared sauna in the adjoining room can be booked for a fee of €20/€15 per use by arrangement (incl. sauna towels and bathrobes)
