The holiday home Eulenheim is a detached holiday home with a spacious living cellar in the Eifel village of Ohlenhard. The ground floor is accessible via a metal staircase. A covered stone staircase leads to the basement from the outside.
The holiday home is located in a cul-de-sac in a spacious garden. The spacious garden around the holiday home provides a wonderful rest. It is a simple, but fully equipped holiday home, suitable for four people/family. The basic rental is for 2 adults. Additional guests can stay at an additional cost. The 5th guest can spend the night in the basement. A second bathroom is available in the basement.
The holiday home has a large bedroom with double bed and a second small bedroom with two narrow single beds (70 cm wide). Through a spacious hall you enter the bathroom with bath (shower in bath). In the living room you will find patio doors to a spacious sun terrace. The basement is accessible from the outside. There is a bathroom and a sleeping facility for a fifth person. In the basement there are outdoor toys and a dartboard and extra living space. The cushions for the garden furniture are also located here.
The holiday home is surrounded by a spacious garden with lots of grass, flowers and sunny and shady spots. Next to the holiday home is a covered terrace. Garden furniture is available in various places. There is a hammock on a stand. There are also 2 lovely sun loungers in the grass. In addition, there is a tripod hanging barbecue and a fire pit.
The holiday home is not suitable for people with walking disabilities due to the stairs to the ground floor. It is also not suitable for small children. We recommend that you come with children from about 5 years old. For older children there is a trampoline and a football field. In the house there are games, reading books, coloring books and a dartboard. Outside there is football, badminton, frisbee and a trampoline etc.
The holiday home is intended for guests who are looking for peace and quiet. On Sundays there is Sunday rest in the village.
There is wifi and a landline phone in the house, but no mobile network connection. You can make mobile calls via WhatsApp or from the mountain.
In the garden there is a trampoline, next to the holiday home a football field and a playground. Parking is available on a private property in a cul-de-sac. Suitable for approx. 4 cars.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, 2-burner induction hob, oven, small microwave, fridge and small freezer and a small air fryer. All important utensils are present, so that everything fits together perfectly.
We use this house ourselves, which is why you will find a personal and complete house here. We want other guests to be able to enjoy it too, without having to worry about energy costs, bedding and more. Most of it is included in the price: final cleaning, gas, water, electricity, wifi. Linen and bed linen / beds can be booked for a fee.
Everything is there and can be used. The basic facilities such as toilet paper, kitchen utensils, shower gel, etc., are also provided. We trust that everyone will handle these facilities and our belongings with care and refill them if necessary, so that everyone feels comfortable.
Smoking is strictly forbidden in the house. Smoking outside is no problem. Pets are not allowed. In the holiday home there is a folder with information and there is a guestbook with the comments of previous guests. It contains great tips for activities. In addition, there are magazines, brochures and maps of the area.
Arrivals and departures are contactless. The key is ready on site. Cleaning is done after departure, so you don't have to worry about it. The final cleaning is mandatory and can be booked at an additional cost.
Because we regularly spend the night in the holiday home ourselves, it is a personal holiday home. We optimize things slowly and are therefore open to tips and ideas.
