Enjoy the sunset at the rear.
Also plenty of space at the front. For example, for a game of football, badminton or jeu de boules.

From the storage room you enter the country kitchen.
With space to cook
And a nice dining and drinks corner.
From the kitchen you enter the living room. You will find various board games in the cabinets.
The mantelpiece has remained traditional. The stove only serves as a decorative fireplace with flame lighting :-)
Inspiration for fun activities and outings !! Hiking and cycling maps are also available.
The back house of the past is now the 'Singraven' bedroom. The bed has adjustable bed bases. There is room for a possible camping bed.
The front room of the past is now the 'Lutterzand' bedroom. A spacious room with optional. space for a camping bed.
Where the part used to be is now the 'Easter Mountain' bedroom. Here too it may be possible space for a camping bed
At the front the 'Tankenberg' bedroom with 2 single beds.
The large bathroom is very spacious and equipped with (extra) toilet and changing table
The second bathroom for larger groups or long stays.
And both bathrooms have a wonderful rain shower
A charging unit for electric cars is available.

The park is built on part of an old estate and on the edge of a primeval forest. Villa Fedora is the middle house overlooking the old trees with the playing field behind them.

Central building with restaurant, (indoor) playground, entertainment team, supermarket and bicycle rental and a miniature golf course.
Koos Konijn appears regularly!
The castle in the centre of Bad Bentheim (20 min walk) is definitely worth a visit!
