The house is equipped with every comfort and convenience.

For our smallest guests, there is a cot with changing table in one of the bedrooms.
There is also a camping bed and a high chair available.

The house has a sheltered spacious sunny garden, a dining table set and also a lounge set with a large floating parasol.
The barbecue is also included. The request to our guests is to clean it themselves after use.

Hello!
We are Peter & Femke, living in Terwolde. Since September 2020 we have been the owners of this beautiful accommodation: Villa Fedora, located at Landal Ferienresort Bad Bentheim. The park is only 8 km across the Dutch border, but you really feel like you're abroad because of the rolling landscape and the beautiful surroundings.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Tourist tax, incl. local taxes
Children from 5 to 17 years: euro 1.70 per person/per night.
Adults from 18 years: euro 3.40 per person/per night.

Final cleaning
Costs for the mandatory final cleaning are Euro 77,-.
The house must be left vacuum cleaner clean.

Bed linen
Bed linen can be booked optionally, €12.00 per person, including beds made.
You can also bring your own. There are 9 single beds and 1 cot.

Booking fees
We do not charge a booking fee.

Pets
We do not charge any costs for booking pets. We kindly ask you not to leave the animals on the furniture. If we do notice this after your departure, we will deduct an appropriate amount from the deposit.
