The villa is situated on the edge of the forest on private land of more than 2500 m2. From the terrace you far in the area, to the Luberon. The villa is fully equipped and is on the closed domaine Les Demeures du Luc, along with other villas. The villa has a large private pool (10x4). There are beautiful walks or bike rides, one can start directly from the villa through the forest towards Saumane de Vaucluse, or to the River Sorgue. Walking and cycling routes are available. For lovers of real cycling can be challenging routes (Mont Ventoux!). The magnificent 18-hole golf course less than 2 km from the villa. In and around the golf course can also be run in a beautiful setting.
The house has a cozy living room that connects to a kitchen with all modern appliances including microwave, oven and dishwasher. The house has a satellite connection so that all Dutch television channels can be received. There is a large dining table inside. Through the double doors, you reach a large covered Au-Vent, a fabulous outdoor area where the property stays in the lounge sofa with a nice view of the views of the Luberon and Alpilles. Again, a table and benches for outdoor dining. A large barbecue is available.
Downstairs is 1 bedroom with private bathroom with shower. The floor has a separate toilet. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and bath. Again, a separate toilet. All bedrooms have 2 beds. There are 8 berths. There are tennis rackets, a washing machine, iron and ironing board. An Internet connection is available through the manager of the Domaine, a short distance from the villa. Kitchen and bed linen and a cot are separately rented.
When traveling by car is Vaucluse Fontaine at 3 minutes by car (also to run) and l'Isle sur la Sorque just 5 minutes. Fontaine de Vaucluse is known for its source which arises from a huge lake. In l'Isle sur la Sorgue, supermarkets, markets, shops and many restaurants with terraces. l'Isle sur la Sorgue, also known as the "Venice of Provence" by his many channels in which the old city. l'Isle sur la Sorgue is known worldwide for its 300 antique dealers and second-hand dealers. It has the largest after Paris antique markets of France. Avignon is well worth a visit with his culture (Palais des Papes) and lively city. The town is 20 km away and is also good with the train. Also relatively close by Carpentras, Aix en Provence and the famous "Mont Ventoux", where in winter even skiing can be. Known as Ménerbes villages, Gordes, Roussillon and the picturesque village of Pernes-les-Fontaines (12 km) with the lake are 10-20 minutes drive away.
The house has a pool. The Domaine has a pool and two tennis courts. There are a number of bicycles at the house, for rent by the administrator. There are routes for trekking. Furthermore one can play tennis or bocce. The managers of the Domaine also offer you a bread service and can provide all sorts of information about the area. Less than 2 km away, a beautiful 18-hole golf course, "Provence Country Club", with beautiful views over the valley. In the vicinity you can canoe, survival tours, climbing and horseback riding.
Culinary and wine
The wine regions Mont Ventoux and Cotes du Rhone are in the area. In the surrounding villages, many restaurants and cafes. There may be plenty of wine farms or markets are visited.

Since two years we are the proud owners of this beautiful villa. we are self several times a year, the villa and its surroundings have so much to offer. The children go, especially for the pool, like it.

Modern bright kitchen. A pleasure to check out the snacks and drinks to prepare. Of all modern conveniences. The washing machine is not in the kitchen. Separate magentron and convection oven. The big BBQ stands out and is easy to use, here begin the long evenings on the beautiful terrace.
The villa has its own private pool. The Domaine is also a communal pool and a shallower children's pool.

Prima vakantiehuis niet ver van supermarkt en stadjes, genoeg te doen in de omgeving.
Heerlijk zwembad , veel ruimte om het huis.
Prima huis. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig.
Voor ons (met 2 jonge kinderen) is het jammer dat er in/bij het huis geen speelvoorzieningen zijn voor kinderen.
Er is wel een centrale voorziening voor (wat oudere) kinderen en volwassenen, maar die bleek niet geheel adequaat te functioneren: b.v. poolbiljart kapot, voetbalspel kapot, piano zeer vals, mager assortiment speelgoed.
Voor het voor- en naseizoen zou een verwarmd (gemeenschappelijk?) zwembad wel erg aardig zijn.
Het is een prachtig vakantiehuis met een heerlijk zwembad. Mogelijkheden genoeg voor leuke uitstapjes in de omgeving.
