Vie à la Campagne

Our villa is located on the edge of the forest on its own fenced plot of 1650m2. There is also a private swimming pool (heatable), jeu de boules court, various terraces with seating areas and lots of privacy in the well-maintained garden. This site has a private entrance with ample parking.

The villa was built in 2006, attractively furnished and equipped with every comfort. From the spacious entrance hall you enter the cozy living room, which is also equipped with a flat screen (all channels), DVD player and of course WI-Fi.

This luxury kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, hob and oven; has a homely dining table with 8 chairs and private access to the (partially) covered terrace (au-vent). From the kitchen you can continue to the utility room where an extra large fridge-freezer, microwave, washing machine and dryer are available.
The utility room adjoins through a door to the garage, where there is a table tennis table, accessories for the outdoor furniture and electric bbq.

Then on the ground floor, from the entrance hall, there is a bedroom with a double bed and bathroom with walk-in shower and bathroom furniture.
A separate toilet is also accessible from the entrance hall.

On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and 2 single beds. The bathroom has a bath cum shower, bathroom furniture and there is a separate toilet in the upper hall.
From the terrace you have access to the garden and the swimming pool (10x5m), which can be closed by an electric roller cover (the latter especially for safety with small children).
During the winter of 2021/2022 an update to the villa has taken place; the downstairs bedroom has been enlarged, new beds/furniture and refreshment of the walls. The 4 bedrooms are air-conditioned. A new terrace has also been created on the south/east side, creating an extra sun/shade spot to relax.
Villa "Vie à la Campagne" is located on the Domaine "Les Demeures du Luc", where there are 44 villas and which is managed by a Dutch couple. At the reception, centrally located by the large communal swimming pool, you can collect keys, linen, etc. on arrival. In high season there is also a bread service.
There is also a tennis and jeu de boules court on the Domaine and the 18-hole golf course "Golf de Saumane" is about 500m away.
