Villa BONHEUR" is the most beautifully situated villa in the villa park "les Demeures du Luc" and has the largest plot of land. The villa is suitable for 2-8 people and has a heated private swimming pool (5x10 m) with a securely lockable cover. The villa has a very spacious living room with modern open kitchen, spacious hall with pantry, 3 spacious bathrooms, 4 bedrooms; everything on 1 living level.

From the driveway (access via a gate) you approach the front door via a stone staircase. You will then find a large (covered) terrace of no less than 135 m2 with a dining table and garden sets. Here you can eat, have a drink and enjoy the setting sun in the shade.
The heated private swimming pool is lowered with a large surrounding terrace with sun loungers and parasol. The garden of no less than 3000 m2 gives you complete privacy and extends to the edge of the forest. You will also find a dining set here, space to play jeu de boules, badminton or football. A nice place to sit under the trees in or out of the sun with a book or the sound of the flowing spring water from the well in the background.

The quiet villa park also has a general swimming pool of 20x8 meters (ideal for swimming laps in the morning), a paddling pool and a large terrace with sun loungers. There is a tennis court and jeu de boules court for general use. The children always find peers here in the high season.
The sun shines in Provence about 300 days a year with often clear blue skies.
The villa can be rented all year round and the private swimming pool is comfortably heated from April to the end of October.

The villa itself is spacious, has a cozy living room furnished in Provencal country style that was completely new in 2022. It has a separate dining area followed by a modern luxury open kitchen. Living room (60 m2) with sitting area and dining table, TV on which you can receive all Dutch public and commercial channels, WIFI. Fully equipped kitchen with combination microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher, Nespresso, juicer and blender, washing machine and tumble dryer. Villa Bonheur has a private parking space under the 26 m2 carport.
The holiday home has a very spacious and beautifully landscaped garden with a beautiful -extra large- covered terrace and a large terrace around the swimming pool: both furnished with luxurious garden furniture and lounge sets and an electric Weber barbecue.
From the house, terrace and garden you have a beautiful unobstructed view of the Petit Luberon.
The villa offers spacious comfort and is fully equipped. You will really spend a wonderful holiday here! The villa is located on the rear edge of the villa park "Les Demeures du Luc" in Saumane-de-Vaucluse, where there are approximately 44 holiday villas. The park is very quietly located in the hills between Isle-sur-la-Sorgue and Fontaine-de-Vaucluse; in the heart of Provence and has a secure entrance. Pets are not allowed (not even on request). Discount when renting this 8 person villa to 2-4 people €50 per week (except high season).

In the area surrounding the domaine, in addition to horse riding, canoeing, survival and golf at the truly beautiful nearby Golf Provence Country Club (!), you can also enjoy local markets, cozy terraces and excellent dining options. In the heart of Provence - central to the Vaucluse - lies Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, a charming medieval town near Avignon. The center is known for its antique shops, (antique) markets, monuments and cozy terraces. The historic watermills, the canals, the famous antique markets and the culinary facilities give Isle-sur-la-Sorgue an authentic character: the 'Venice of Provence'. Fontaine-de-Vaucluse is located near Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, at the source of the Sorgue. This old town is home to the most powerful spring in France. Fontaine-de-Vaucluse does not owe its popularity solely to this impressive phenomenon; You can enjoy excellent food and shopping along the banks of the Sorgue.
