The luxury villa is located on 2200 m2 of private land with private pool. Behind the villa is a terrace where you can sit in the shade in the afternoon.
The luxury villa is very attractive, Provencal furnished.
The living room is spacious and attractive with a sitting area with smart TV with Dutch channels and DVD player (several DVDs available), dining area with a cozy long table and 6 chairs. The open, luxurious kitchen has a dishwasher, induction hob, combi oven-microwave and fridge with 3 separate freezer drawers. In the kitchen, the basic things such as hand soap, cleaning products, dishwashing cubes, salt/pepper and herbs, kitchen roll are available upon your arrival.
In the hall cupboard you will find a sandwich maker, kitchen scale, toaster, hand blender and juicer at your disposal.
Wifi, fiber optic available.
On the ground floor is the 1st bedroom with a double bed (1.60-2.00, with 2 separate mattresses), a private bathroom with shower, sink and hair dryer. The ceiling fan keeps this a cool room. The room has a built-in wardrobe with plenty of hangers and a chest of drawers with a mirror above.
Separate toilet in the hall.
On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms with air conditioning, 1 bedroom with a double bed (0.90-2.00, 2 separate mattresses) and 1 bedroom with 2 single (0.90-2.00) beds. Also in these bedrooms there is a built-in wardrobe with plenty of hangers and shelves.
The bathroom (renovated in 2025) has a bath, shower, 2 sinks and hair dryer.
Separate toilet (renewed in 2025) in the hall.
On the upper floor, you have a beautiful view of the Luberon and the Apilles from loggia.
From the living room you enter through French doors onto a covered terrace (au-vent) where there is a long table with comfortable chairs.
At the pool there are 4 sunbeds, 2 umbrellas and in the garage there are extra sun loungers available. On the large terrace there is a lounge area with parasol.
The pool can be closed by an electric cover. This keeps the water nice and warm and safe when you are at the villa with small children.
In the garage (it is not allowed to park your car in it) there is a washing machine, dryer, ironing board + iron and 2 drying racks at your disposal. In the garage there are extra sun loungers for the pool or for the covered terrace. At the garage there is a charger for your electric/hybrid car.
Villa Les Demeures du Luc is located on a Domaine with 44 detached villas. Most owners come from the Netherlands and Belgium.
You will be kindly welcomed by the Dutch manager couple upon arrival. They provide a bread service in high season and you can contact them for towel and linen rental and all your questions about the Domaine and the surrounding area.
The Domaine has a communal tennis court, jeu de boules court and large swimming pool with children's pool.
At the reception there is the possibility to rent a BBQ.
